Early Childhood Program

St. Joseph School’s Early Childhood Program accepts students ages 3 & 4 and strives to instill a love of learning through imaginative play, creative hands-on activities and social engagement in a nurturing and caring environment.  Our teachers work with each student at their own pace as they explore math, numbers, letters, colors and shapes through our monthly themed based activities. Students are engaged in early literacy learning  through stories, songs and activities. At the center of all activities is our Catholic values as the children learn about the saints and the Word of God through Bible stories.  Sharing, respect for our friends, and teachers and helping others are developed through encouragement and modeling by our teachers.  Students enjoy outdoor play time, physical education, music, and art classes to ensure a well rounded experience.  

Our 3 & 4 year old full day program engages students in creative learning and activities from 8:15 AM to 2:30 pm.  Various schedule options may be available.  To be considered for enrollment, a child must reach the appropriate enrollment age on or before August 31 of the academic year of enrollment.    Additionally,  the child must be fully potty trained!
