Wreaths Across America on Saturday, December 15th

One of our treasured school traditions is supporting Wreaths Across America each December.

Organized by Paul Cancelliere, a parishioner at Saint Joseph Parish and former SJS parent, each December, our students and parishioners go to Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne to lay wreaths on the graves of fallen soldiers.  Father Ron's father is one of those soldiers.

Every volunteer who places a wreath on a veteran's grave is encouraged to say that veteran's name aloud and take a moment to thank them for their service to our country. It's a small act that goes a long way toward keeping the memory of our veterans alive.

This year, Wreaths Across America Day is Saturday, December 15.  If you would like to sponsor a wreath or a tribute for a fallen soldier, please click here and return the form and your check to the front desk.  I
