Basketball Program

  • "Building Character, Teamwork and Sportsmanship"

    The Saint Joseph School Basketball Program begins in November and will runs through mid-February.  Students in Grades 5 through 8 are eligible to participate in the SJS basketball program which competes in the Middlesex Catholic Elementary Schools League.

    The mission of the Saint Joseph School Basketball Program is to foster character development through the participation in team athletic competition.  The primary focus of this program is to teach all participants the basic skills of basketball, as well as teamwork with an emphasis on community, sportsmanship and the promotion of Christian values.

    We have Four SJS Basketball teams for the 2022-2023 season: 

    • Grade 5/6 Girls
    • Grade 7/8 Girls
    • Grade 5/6 Boys
    • Grade 7/8 Boys

    Note: All players must complete and return the Basketball Registration and Release of Liability forms before they are able to participate.
